Tour of an old hotel that was used for the Grand Tour next to the palace guided by Francesco. Then we had some free time to use the internet because we still don’t have internet access at the palace.

Monday movie and dinner night at Dr. B.’s. We watched Casanova and Dr. B made us delicious baked chicken, sautéed vegetables and salad. Then we came back to the palace and played spades.

Wake up early for 4 hour bus ride to Frasassi. We toured the caves of Frasassi, which were really neat and then made our way to Fabriano for lunch. Nowhere was really open but we managed to find this one restaurant where I had penne pasta with sausage and truffle sauce, one of the best meals I have had yet.
The plan was to visit Spello and Spotello next but it was pouring down rain and we were all exhausted so we just came back to Ariccia. After being on a bus for eight hours it was necessary to go on a walk. Then I made a salad for dinner and worked on all of my assignments.

Wednesday we have a regular class day and Thursday we are going to visit the World Food Program Headquarters in Rome.

Friday morning we leave for Venice! Just in case I don’t get a chance to write again it’s because we are going to Venice for 3 nights then straight to Milan for 4 nights then straight to Florence for 2 nights. This is our last big trip of the semester. It’s going by too fast!
